Looks like a '95 galaxy with a unicrown fork on. And, the seatpost is in back to front!

@idrisrugby, yes, I looked at yours when I picked this one up - one thing I have noticed is that yours is a 27.00mm seatpost, and this is a 27.2mm post, had a couple of different posts in to confirm 🤔

Well, I've given it a further deep clean, followed by a G3 polish, then a couple of layers of my favourite lacquer from Lidl's - it's looking a damn sight better than a couple of days ago! And, I particularly like how the brazing has come through on the Richley rear drop out
