No honestly, .A disorganised shed really bugs me .
A place for everything and everything in its place .
I do shuffle things round now and then, in order to get more in .
Slowly thinning some stuff down.....
Then suddenly more appears??!!
Nope , I was club freewheel champion two years on the run . This used to take place at either Longcliffe or piston hill both of which are in Derbyshire.
Cranks had cotton tied to one of the seat stays to prevent any cheating.
Audit Audit.....Audit .....somebody call the mods , this post is bang out of order,,,l,,,!,,,,,,,!!!!!! My missus might see it and start making stupid suggestions
On how many bikes I actually need .
This simply won't do .
Whilst out on my bike the other day [you know cycling] I came across a friend who was manager at a well known local bike shop .
Looking at my bike he said " I see you have crossed to the dark side " observing my disc brakes. I replied" not really....l can now stop before I get there ".
"Out of touch with modern cycling"
Well yes I definitely am......I can't keep up with anyone, anymore. As for passing anyone, that doesn't even register in my thought process.
I kept mine at the recommended 95 psi pressure. I shall be fitting them back on at the end of summer . .
AFAIK all Panaracer tyres used to be made in Japan. I don't think this is the case anymore.
Are the compounds used, for their manufacturer as good ?
I do that to most tyres what ever the brand . The only one that I have found well wearing is the Schwalbe Marathon plus . The down side if you can call it that , it is lifeless to ride . Bomb proof none the less .
Just had a look at the tyres I had been running since last summer for a tour...
