Haro shed space 17.5 -equals- 21.5 c-c top tube, 19.5 - equals - 23.25 c-c top tube, 21.5 - equals - 24.75 c-c top tube, with Haro Wing Strut ovalised hbar stem. 17.5 - 110 mm stem 19.5 - 130 mm stem 21.5 - 130 mm at 45* have some spare stems and bars left over from custom builds.
