The kit contains, amongst much else: 4 off Nylon Washers 13mm O/D, 8mm I/D 0.9mm thk 3 off Nylon Washers 12.5mm O/D, 9.5mm I/D 0.8mm thk the O Rings are the size you described. (although there are others, as can be seen in the photo)

Thanks for the info. I received an e-mail from Brion today and he has despatched a complete set of service items including a new damper. I contacted him just in time, apparently I had the last Bush and Pin set and Amp have been brought out by a new company who will no longer support the fork...

According to the spec at the time, it was called Raspberry Pearl. and it was powder coated. I will buy another one before too long, I'm sure they come up for sale now and then?
