Hello guys,
For not opening thew thread I am adding here rear hub Shimano Exage FH-HG50.
Excellent cosmetic condition, sometimes it stuck and you can pedal freely forward.
Usually below 0 degrees Celsius :) I believe it is full of old grease and can be restored.
Price Eur 10 + postage...
Thank you for the quick answers and the links.
I think I found what I needed on the Cane Creek site.
I prefer to produce those adapters locally in my country, because the price will be relatively very low compared with the online purchase solution from abroad.

Alex
Hello,
I have project to convert my Alpinestars USA Cro-Mega rigid fork to suspension fork.
As I know that this bike frame has 1 1/4 inches head tube.
My suspension fork will be 1 1/8 inches.
To compensate that difference in the standards, what I will do is to order via the local lathe man...
Hello,
I have those parts for sale - stem and bar from Alpinestars Cro-Mega.
The bar is 56 cm long.
Sandblasted, powdercoated and powderclearcoated in gloss. Size of the stem is 1 1/4 inches.
Parts are in Sofia, Bulgaria but can be send via our Bulgarian post, registered anywhere in Europe...

Hi guys,
I just got a call from the spinner. The seatpost was machined up to 26,0 mm.
Here you can see the result:
It looks that this frame is 1989 by production.
It is almost ready minus stickers.
I hope you like it.
BR,
Alex
Hello and thank you for the answer :)
It is possible to be damaged. After all there was frozen seatpost.
Thank you for your efforts.
Greetings from sunny Sofia.

Re:
Hi guys,
Is it possible the seatpost to be less than 26,6 mm?
It is currently machined to 26,5 and enters only one inch or so.
Thank you for your answers.

Alex
Re:
Hello form Sofia,
Today I took the bike back home from the mechanic.
You can see the result. It is 75% or more done.
Now the bike waits for new grips - those are new and Scott made, but the colour does not match the whole story, the seatpost is not ready yet and I wait for the stickers...
Re:
Hi guys,
I am back in my country now and I am currently working slowly on the bike.
Look at this seatpost. It is 26,8 mm. Thick about 4 mm. Aluminium.
There is lathe very close to me and I will make it 26,6 as requirements.
I believe there will be no compromise with the strenght...
Re: Re:
Dear Wienerwald,
Thank you for the remark! You are absolutely right. The original badge is aluminium. I still have it, but it is not salvageable.
Here it is:
For the moment sticker is the best I can achieve.
