I'm looking to find tyres and inner tubes for the above size. I was thinking about converting to a modern size wheel but it's not worth it due to cost. Any help would be grand

I recently got hold of this bike. It has a sun solo sticker on it although im not 100% sure it is an actual sun solo. Any ideas on what it actually is? What year? And how much it is worth. It's in good condition so I'm looking to clean it up and us for university. Any ideas etc would be great
