Well I’ve had it since Saturday, went to the pub and got hammered on it and just been out again for a short ride around the local area tonight. Rides just like a new bike.
So thanks to @Black_puma for the heads up in the eBay and mark place watch section I was able to pick up a stunningly clean 1991 GT Team Avalanche yesterday.

Tall as I know but I’m after the last few bits to complete a nos build of one of my clockworks.
Still to find are nos m650 pedals, nos panaracer smoke to match my Dart.
and nos DX thumbs.

To be fair knowing what it’s cost to build and part out those were pretty much the numbers I had in my head, but wanted to see the collective minds opinion.
Do people still do the “what’s by bike worth” posts, and are people still replying with “whatever someones willing. to pay” and “stick it on eBay and find out”?
