Unfortunately not a build thread as I can’t really take the credit for this one, however I did wash it and gave it a fresh set of Maximum and Reaction tyres and managed to source a real nice OG saddle. Next up it will have a full strip down and a deep clean but for now I’m more than happy with it.

Little update today. U.S.E titanium seat post fitted along with a slightly better condition saddle and managed to finally place the LS bars I’ve had sat on a clockwork since the mid 90’s with the aid of a Thomson stem.

I just got stung for nearly £400 on eBay cause someone submitted a claim via GSP, lost the bike and eBay refunded them so something needs to go to recoup it. Put the GT and this up, will keep whichever one doesn’t sell.

It rode so much nicer with the RC36 Evo II fork and newer brake and groupset, and with the Billy Bonkers it was unbelievably fast as a street bike.

Another quick update. Inner Pace ring arrived today so got them slapped on.

Only rode it in the street and as yet no plans. I do have few spare RC35 MCXD I may try though yet.

Dodging the rain all day so didn’t hang around too long. Waiting on a stem now to fit my Litespeed bars and a rear m900 hub arriving then I’ll build up a set of gold Mavic’s I have waiting. Possibly fit mu Ti U.S.E post as well.

Made a bit of a start this morning, sorry forgot to take pictures as I went, Rock Shox SL Ti fork on, M900 brakes, front and rear mech, bottom bracket and cranks also now on. Wheels and bar / stem combo only temporary until I find a suitable stem for my LS bars to go on.
