Look forward to seeing this one complete! Good things take time ;) Would you know the eye to eye mm measurement of the rear shock? And was it the same as the coil shock? Sourcing a shock and think the early bikes had a shorter shock.

Re: Mongoose Amplifier 2 Team 1996/87 Cool frame! I’ve been hunting one of these for a long time! Frame was made by Nicolai and mongoose used it as their team issue for 95-96 I’d be guessing someone used it as a Sachs promotion bike?? There were Sachs disc adapters for the Marzocchi DH3 so...

Ah great thanks guys! They have had a pretty easy life by the looks of it so no cracks. Can see how the newer models would ease the stress on the spindles. They are a nice bit of work
