I'm amazed ebay can avoid being sued for selling dodgy fireball ebikes.
Some of them have done a million£ damage

But they bring in trusted specialists to verify the authenticity of my 30y old used pair of Adidas ZX700's.

EBay haven’t made sellers do it yet. But Amazon require sellers to indemnify Amazon on their insurance so if we sell an item which I turn creates a lawsuit. Amazon claim on our policy

Can't recall exactly because it was 18+ months ago, basically you list the trainers or whatever and some board of approved members study the pics then yay or nay. EBay then take responsibility if they turn out to be fakes after all.

If it’s anything like their authenticity guarantee on watches then it’s going to be questionable.

It's the police ones I wonder about, Leicestershire have loads on their ebay at the minute like bags, shoes etc for quite high prices. All POCA clear outs. Imagine if the crime had been something to do with trading of faked goods. Which leads me on to Sussex police, who always seem to be selling bolt cutters and 18v angle grinders.

Thats not to bad then if the take responsibility still wouldnt like to fight them for my money back but saying that i wouldnt buy anything exspensive on line
