Where were Raleigh 26 x 1.75 chrome rims made?

Just out of curiosity does anyone happen to know if these were actually UK made or not?
I know Raleigh England is not the same as made in England, my obsession with knowing where things come from has got the better of me.

As far as I know the westrick rims were made by Dunlop. Rod or caliper brake. Are we talking about proper 26" or 559?

These are 559 early mountain bikes so presumably from the 1980s.
