Pricing aside, I've been measuring the ratio between the head tube and the wheel radius vs. other bikes of known sizes (using the Snip & Sketch tool and it's ruler functionality) and sadly I think it's the 61cm size, so therefore too big. Shame really as it looks like an ideal project (at a lower price point!).

I ride the 58 and it looks like the next size up. I might be selling a 708 Royal frameset in 58.

Thank you for sharing these. That one's lovely. I did think long and hard about looking for the 531 versions, but I decided that I'd rather the 708 because I think I'm right in saying they have increased tyre clearance up to 35c with mudguards, which would make it sufficiently different from what I've already got. Plus I like the idea of 708 tubing...
