Wanted Vintage touring bike with mudguards and rack

Preferably: Mercian, Bob Jackson, Raleigh Royal, Claud Butler Dalesman, Dawes Super Galaxy, Carlton...etc

Would like it to have downtube shifters, mudguards, rack mounts.

Dawes Galaxy 22" centre of bottom bracket to centre of seat bolt. Tyres are a bit old, tubes hold air. Looks like pipe lagging and tape for handlebar covering.
Reynolds 531 £60 with the Brooks saddle
£40 without.
