Welcome to the Poll for RBotM October - Autumn theme.

A great broad spread of entries entered to show whats being ridden over Autumn. I am sure there is something for all tastes.
Thanks to all who entered and also to those who joined in the banter.
I have also spoken with John who is just sorting out permissions etc so we can put the winner of the comp each month on the front page along with the MTB's. So all being well the winner this month will also be the first road bike to be featured on the front page!

I think it is pretty cool with the drop bar. Just make it bar-end or down tube shiftng (could still be indexed) and it would look much less "modern". What year is it? Regardless, a very interesting photo; looks like some sort of 3 clawed leviathan getting ready to climb over the wall. Excuse my ignorance, but are those lights added through digital magic or a seasonal display? Seems like I've seen that statie sans lighting.

Edit: forgot to say thel all the bikes are great; and always good to see a trike entered! I think @Jamiedyer that an all trike themed month would be a cool diversion even though I do not have one. Not sure if it has been done before or not. Or a tandem only month (got one of those!)?

That is why I did not enter a bike this month. My area does not have an autumn look for another month if even that; and never a winter look. We only have spring and summer, with a couple months of alien weather going from freezing to 80s in less than 12 hours. I hate it; you cannot acclimate. Went on a "casual" (includes a sit down lunch and a pint) 40 miler a couple days ago which started in the 40s and ended in the mid-80s. Highly prefer always cold or always hot when riding.
