Looks to me like there's some writing behind the Ultra word on the TT sticker.
Combined with the T3 or TB head badge, we should be able to dig something up.

An intersting frame! Oddly, the design 'looks' heavy to my eye - I know it probably isn't.

That's a good point actually...It sure does look wicked (even if it's not a fat! ) with these tubes but darn do they look tricky to weld and heavy?

It would also be interesting to know if it actually contribute to rigidity in the front triangle.

Still though amazing frame!

I had a bike branded “Stout Lite” with Ritchey drop outs and Tange Prestige tubing, stays looked the same too but yeah, probably a Zaskar.
