They leave dealing with the public to resellers.
Not a good look and kind of puts me off a brand
Mavic is an example of an exceptional customer service
I wrote to them seeking a part for a headset
They instead sourced a NOS headset and sent it to me for free
They then went out of their way to source a long cage derailleur
Bear in mind these are long discontinued rare Mavic parts
Meanwhile Bianchi can’t be bothered responding to an email
