My Bianchi NTH

The Oria tubes were used in the late 80ies and very early 90ies in models such as the Osprey Grizzly and the strange cross framed MTB Bianchi had

Their higher end frames at the time I think used Columbus Max OR.
By the way does it have Bianchi name cast around the BB shell?
That’s how you can see whether it’s a Reparto Corse frame

I’d guess our collective knowledge is second to none! 😉
Regarding the bottom bracket, I’m not sure about it and won’t be able to confirm until I get the frame back from the shop.
(He’s the same guy who restored some VERY famous NTH, can’t wait to see the result!)

I found the 1993 price list on a Tutto Mountain Bike magazine.
Could mine be an NTH 107/S?

By the way, I’m gathering everything I can about NTH because it’s time for someone to fix this appalling hole about the history of NTH by Bianchi.
Ps. Do you think I should create a new thread about NTH history? I’m sure there’s a lot to be shared!

Thanks for this
I’d be interested to know how these frames look like!! As I doubt I’ve ever seen any
I don’t think that’s your model as yours must’ve came with matching double butted Oria forks (as the one on eBay)
But I may be wrong. I had assumed the cromo frames listed here were a Bianchi branded cromo.

I think it’s a fantastic idea about compiling Nth models - Inc serial numbers
@kingoffootball was doing a similar compilation of Scapin frames and serial numbers
I wrote to Bianchi and I’m hoping they reply
