Got this 18" from Longun, after he very kindly replied to my frame request post.
So here is the start of what's going to be my new project.
Wheels will be Mavic 8 speed 577 hubs with 217 'Titanium' rims.
Other components to follow...

SR Suntour NCX supension seatpost. I'm used to the Thudbuster LT which is no lightweight. I tried this because of the screw type adjuster. But the whole seat tube is filled with a steel spring and a metal plunger.. The Allen head adjuster plug is all the way at the bottom. Of course with a QR seat clamp you could use it as a mace to bash miscreants. The rollers did provide a nice smooth action.
