New to the group.
I'm looking at buying a vgc battaglin power+. It's superb condition and is £350 pounds, full campy veloce fit.
Are they a good investment?

Are you local to it? I'd be tempted to ask to have a look. Veloce is great, but not a selling point. £19 seems too cheap for delivery done properly.

Yes, I received an offer on it for less.
The other one I've seen is a Vitus 992 ovoid. ??
