Shimano 600 Headset Wrench Tools - eBay UK - Import Tax

I am looking at purchasing the above headset tools from an ebayer in Poland as the original Shimano tool is very expensive.

I know nothing about import tax, which I am assuming there will be and if so how it is calculated?

So if I can't use a fancy spanner is a normal 32mm spanner possible if I'm very careful?

Phew! Every bicycle shop I have asked which is about three if I'm honest said they will have a go for me even though they haven't got the fancy spanner. Thank you

That's why you see so many mauled and butchered 600 lock nuts. Where are you based?

You can make an insert adapter to fit in the spanner jaws.
I bought some recently the po had lazer-cut from aluminium.

Import duty and VAT on private purchases seems to be a gamble.

I've noticed that unless the headset is NOS the tool is more expensive than the headset!

Now I saw something similar but when I clicked on it it appeared to be the software/programme that you would need to carry out the cutting process.

Where did you buy yours was it eBay?
