Sorted 3x9 groupset or parts

As you may remember I got this old beauty many months ago and it's been hanging up since as I've not been able to afford to build it. Well yesterday I sold a bike and I'm planning to sell a couple more so I can build this. So I'm looking for a groupset.

Does anyone have a cheap 3x9 groupset? I honestly don't care what it is, I want this bike to be rideable, that's it. I'm not after originality or high spec, I just want to ride it. Don't even care if it's mismatched, or you just have a derailleur or pair of shifters, I can't afford to be fussy, I'll take what I can get if it means I can finally ride it.

I have a deore groupset probably an slx one too.. But I'd sooner buy the frame as iv wanted one for ages. I will have a look at what bits I have later. What size front mech does it take

Ive got 3x9 deore shifters and 9 speed deore rear mech

How much would it be for the shifters and dérailleurs please? Not worried about a crankset so much as I have something I can use for that.

When I saw this come up on here I wanted it so badly as I had to sell my ATX 980 last year. Didn't think I'd even afford this frame but I had a lot of help from the retrobike community and I'm forever thankful as it meant I could keep my passion alive which I didn't think I'd be able to.

This bike is special because of that so I want to get it at least rideable and then upgrade it later on when I've got my life back on track. (I have a new job since March this year but it's going to take a while to get properly back on my feet). Hopefully do a memorial event in April with it.
