Anyone recognise these cranks

As in the title, I’m building my P7 ( bought from Klunkrider) into a rough stuff tourer, I knew I had a set of cranks somewhere, found them earlier, for some reason I thought they were Stronglight but I’m not sure, anyone ?

Thanks for the replies, it’s looking like they’re Sugino Hx-1 ?

I think Sugino rebranded them as Strong Arms for Specialized.
