Identify a frame

While presumably not a Roberts, the frame does look like it has some quality to it, the cable guides on the side of the top tube, oversized forks. Anyone have some idea what it might be? Thanks.

I was thinking of buying though it was a bit of a trek. It's sold now so unlikely to obtain a frame number

Frame number suggests a 1993 KHS or a Diamondback.

Definitely not 1992. The Diamondback serial numbers decode that the first digit is the year and the next two digits are the month. So the build date for this is November 1993. It could be either a late 1993 model or an early 1994.
Chances are that it's a Diamondback. My KHS frame numbers stop at May 1993 (so far). I haven't yet figured out if its possible to tell what model frame it is from the frame number though.
