My neighbours have two of these back to back.. storage for 6x bikes



.. alas, I was more concerned with keeping warm so I stuck a wood shed in the same spot (insert facepalm emoji)

How much is a council garage? You rent one then rent out 10 spaces at 70 a year. you get 6 spaces and your cost is covered easy.

Reckon sub letting would be against the rools

Being like.. 'fashionable urbanites' we're getting a bike hanger on the street.

Each space is £72/yr.. with 6 spaces up for grabs, £432/yr gets me all 6 spaces

Some of them in Crookes if you want to see one
