Middleburn crank timeline - info required

Can anyone point me in the direction of a documented timeline for Middleburn cranks? In particular I want to know which model was their first 94 bcd offering?

I've got some RS2 with the Suntour Microdrive spider option (94mm middle outer and 56mm inner) which drove me nearly insane trying to find a granny 'ring to fit. Thought I was going mad until the penny dropped.

I've got a lovely set of compact rings and looking for some nice cranks to fit them too. Thought the Middleburns might be just the job
