Mine came with a ripped boot (unobtainable part), which I didn't know about, when I bought it.
So, I found this:

This is a super-duper seal set for the shock, that replaces the outer dust seal, and the inner foam oil ring,
supposedly eliminating the need for boots - We shall see.

I don't know if I need the seals or not but given the forks are 25 years old I'm going to replace them anyway.
I also decided to re-paint the (black) lowers on mine, as they were pretty beat up looking, with half the decals gone.I'm just about to tear down my Judy's for a colour change
