There’s a Santa Cruz near me that I wanted the brakes and wheels from. Obviously has Hope hubs which crack so thought since it’s probably within 5 miles it’s best to go look prior to bidding. Anyway seems he doesn’t want to do that. And of course it didn’t sell and has been relisted.

An update, I have just tried to list something via my personal account and 'Simple delivery' is now the only option. Previously I could arrange a collection from my house via click and drop for eBay parcels, now I have to wait till I have time to schelp it up to the under-staffed post office, queue up and wait for them to weigh, measure and ask me questions about the parcels instead. What a crock of shit. Imagine if you relied on C&D as you live a long way from a PO, or you have mobility issues?

Addendum, it says you can arrange a collection, it isn't clear how that works though, and given there is a cost for that now I assume I am paying for the privilege and are not able to pass on the cost to the buyer?

No, you select either RM, Evri, or both and it fixes a price and service (and dispatch time too btw!) for the buyer to select then you have to work round that printing the label in store or, it says, you can arrange a collection but I'm unsure how that works yet. Also, even if you could buy via the RM website I would have to input all of my details and the address details, C&D as you no doubt knows speeds that whole process up by importing the orders.

I've got EoN threatening me for an unpaid final payment i have already sorted thrice.
I should be able to charge them for my time, or call the police for harassment.
Basically when their automated systems dont work, we get shafted - and they don't even provide a phone number.

I can't call them atm because my wife is trying to speak to her bank to explain why the app won't allow her to pay off the credit card and she's locked out online because they've changed password protocol.

Getting through to customer services ebay or evri is like an 80s zx81 adventure game
