531C , 3T stem, Cinelli bars, Campag aero seatpost...it could be a decent find.
And what a 'lock-up' eh? (nobody in SE London has a garage, its always a lock-up cos it sounds more gangsta). I kind of want that mad looking TV more than the bike.

Can’t really go wrong for £50. Too far from me, though, which is a good thing, really.
I had a look tonight, passed on it but it’s worth £50 obviously. Miles too big for me.
It’s 60cm frame seat tube and think 57.5 top tube. The paint is generally good. However rust Issues on the head tube above the bottom cup and on the top tube where the cable inlets are. A few scratches on the top tube too. 531 Comp. A light bike.
Full 600 tricolor groupset - but I’m not very road knowledgeable. The rings are worn. Inner def needs replacing. Rusty brakebpivot bolts/chrome gone.
The post is Campag and good condition. Moves.
Stem and bars both 3T
Wheels are quite nice, spin well. Rear is out of whack. Front true.
Pedals are something cheap/modern and seat is a mashed up Spesh.
I probably should have bought it to split but was feeling low energy.

Great appraisal @Rotorhead - thanks for taking the time to relay. Sounds like the bikes been used as intended with the rusty top tube. I get the feeling the owner doesnt know what he has and has acquired this bike (hopefully legally)..and would probably take £40.

Just in case you did want to split it, I’d be interested in the frameset, although you’d have to post it to me, so I can well understand you might not want the hassle of that even if you did split it.
What did the 531 decal say as there looks to be red writing under the 531…if it’s competition then that 50 quid is a true bargain
