This went for £200, which I was actually a bit surprised by, given the market. I went to see it, and it was somewhat on the rough side. Nice wheels and of course the full 10 speed 105 groupset, though. I'd be very surprised if it doesn't get stripped for those parts.

Does seem on the high side for an auction especially as that’s probably more like £260 with fees. £100 for the wheels £150 for the group, depends on what the other bits are. If someone stripped it and sold rack/mudguards/seat/seatpost/stem/bars etc separately maybe another £100 plus the frame/fork value.
