That is actually a GT flip flop stem from a 1992 GT Avalanche (20" frame) not 1991, the 1991 Flip flop stems were fatter than this one. Sorry for the correction.

I stand corrected , just offered it up to my 92 and it’s the same size ( width ) … thanks for pointing it out
