Has anyone heard of the “Harry o “ that rebuilds bikes ? I had a Cannondale black and white fade with a triangular head badge

Unfortunately it went missing about 10 years ago , I once got told he rebuilds bikes in Kent uk

It’s just I can’t find anything on the internet but I’ve heard he fixed up bikes and wheel / builder
