Bottom bracket newbie question

I don't understand what this means.
Can you please explain?

There are two lengths of taper on the end of a "square taper" axle.

You really ought to use the right one. If it's a shimano chainset, it'll be j.i.s.
Most other brands are too.
Campagnolo and other European quality racing chainsets are ISO.

Here's the lowdown:

Skip the first bit, youre dealing with cartridge bb.
It's the stuff about the tapers you need to read.

BTW, I removed the bb and it's 107, not 122.
I managed to remove the other cup, pretty easy using a 40mm waste pipe and rubber mallet, it fits perfectly.
the other one I have is 113, so no good I suppose.
Can you direct me to the correct product, as said, possible something cheap 😜

Looks like a quality piece.

Someone here will happily pay you something for it.
OK, peanuts, as they are all tight as a gnats chuff (😉) but more than the scrappie will offer.

If you want to build it back up for nothing though, you might be disappointed.

I'll root around tomorrow, but I sell bike stuff for a living🙁

Don't want to build it for nothing, but if a bottom bracket costs me a quarter of what I paid for the frame, I start thinking of getting rid.
After all this was suppose to be a cheap build with a very expensive frame.
Very wrong.
Should've taken something that can be built with standard and available parts. 😥

It's a lot cheaper to buy a complete bike and do some swapping than to build from parts.

Just go with it though, looks like a nice quality, interesting frame, got a few decent components already - it's a lot of fun, and the end product, you made it.
