Regina road bike info anybody?

Apologies as I may have asked this question before!
Does anybody have any info on Regina road bikes? My dad bought his 2nd hand in south of France in 1979 and I now own it (I put some Mavic wheels and a few other bits on it) and would love to find some info out about it. Info seems pretty scarce on Regina bikes other than they weren’t top end bikes but it’s a really nice solid little ride I must say. I’m just after a bit of history basically
