Finally got round to take some photos of this lovely seatpost, it is in really nice condition and came fitted to my 1991 GT Avalanche I recently bought. unfortunately it was not the correct size for my Avalanche as that required a 27.0mm seatpost and I got the original seatpost included in the sale and is now back on the bike.

This is a 26.8mm diameter and 300mm length. The photos speak for themselves.

I don't suppose you know what size my 1999/2000 Zaskar would need.....seeing that you have one. My mums husband managed to somehow break my original xtr/easton post, I cant find one (for a reasonable price) so this could be a sensible substitute.........if it fits.

I would think it is a 27.2 diameter post, my 2001 GT Zaskar Race is 27.2, can't see how a 1999/2000 is any different? My 2011 Zaskar Sport is also 27.2

That would make sense, I'll have a look when I get back later. My old XTR post was a bit small, had a bit a Stella can in there ever since I fitted it!
