Made some changes. 2000/2001 Serotta CHT - a lesson in titanium

Annoyed with the mismatched brakes so I’ve changed it all up. I couldn’t help myself.

A very neat Mafac hanger and some Paul’s Fire Balls has set it all off.

Box 1 levers and SRP Ti brakes are now on. The perfect match as far as I can see.

Everything else remains the same.

And now I’m officially done. 👍

Updated further.
Amp fork, more recent rear mech and King Ti because why not. Everyone says don’t install Ti in Ti but I’ve never had a problem. Plus I’m a maverick. 🤣
Awaiting the correct size bolt to install the fork mounted brake cable stop custom made and shipped from Italy by a CNC master.
Real Design titanium cassette with red spacers and TNT lockring concludes today’s fettling.

Looks decent.

Chain is off as it’s inside - need to cut the brake cable (lent the snips to a friend) but the hanger is on. It’s mint! Bespoke made by an Italian machinist and sent as a gift “for passion” of the build. Legend. The retro MTB community is strong. 💪🏼

Still only weighing 9.15kg with chain. 😳

Chuffed to say the least.
