BJ Flavell maybe of Bilston?

Benjamin James Flavell was my first cousin once removed. His shop was in Coseley. . There was a village centre back in the 50s and 60s. My late mother said he was a national champion but I have been unable to find any mention of him. I believe he only made racing bikes with dropped handlebars and masses of gears.... I followed this up. The address of the shop was 5 Castle Street, Coseley (postal district Bilston). It is no longer there. All the buildings except one have gone and been replaced with modern shops.

He was my maternal grandfather's nephew.

Hello all, I’m in possession of a C1952 BJ Flavell lightweight, very well constructed, nervex professional lugs and I believe Reynolds 531 tubing. I’m after a good reference/image for his head and tube badge decal.
The existing ones are now faint and I’m hoping to get new ones reproduced.
The badge is a composite of a Carlton rider decal and Flavell’s address within a scroll background. The address is 42e Tunnel St, Coseley. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Peter
