Riding position/braking reach and comfort with drop bars on a Raleigh clubman help

Deda Piega bars have less reach and shallower drops. You'll need a 26mm stem from memory, so Cinelli 1A sort of thing.

The seat tube angle is 73' what is the tt length c-c? Just checked the catalogue and it doesn't say. The above bike is a very different kettle of fish to the Clubman.

Quick note - on road bikes size is measured using the seat tube ? It says 21” is that C T ?

The Nitto Technomic is 26.0 so no problem there.
