Why, it's almost like someone has rummaged through stuff that other people were throwing out during some kind of council collection, and this seller is selling that. Or attempting to.

I wouldn't pay that for that bike even if it had a working transmission, decent tyres, a saddle, and the rest of it.
(and I say this in all fondness, as I am in fact doing a timberline retromod build)

In that state, it might be worth 10x less. (at the most)
