Includes Frame, Fork, Seatpost, Saddle (not original), Seat QR, Tioga Headset and Stem.

Some scratches and cable rub marks but otherwise pretty good condition.

Seat tube is 18" C-T and Top Tube in 21" C-C, GT would call it a 16" frame.

It does say 16" on the sticker, so you are correct sir.
