Only when the sun is out and the streets are bone dry, will I take it out for a ride. I hope there is enough length in the seat post for me. It is a 61cm frame, so it is the right size.Used an awful lot as OE in the 70s. I think you have a very rare find Jan.
Longer SR seat post shouldn't be a problem, I can send you one if you can't get one in NL.Only when the sun is out and the streets are bone dry, will I take it out for a ride. I hope there is enough length in the seat post for me. It is a 61cm frame, so it is the right size.
Excited to hear how it rides. Are you intending to make this into a main rider?Only when the sun is out and the streets are bone dry, will I take it out for a ride. I hope there is enough length in the seat post for me. It is a 61cm frame, so it is the right size.
Main rider will remain the M-gineering. Once, twice a year this old girl gets a day out in perfect circumstances. For that I will put some new tyres on and probably replace the bartape with some cotton.Excited to hear how it rides. Are you intending to make this into a main rider?
You will be fine. If they hold air use them for a couple of rides not too far from home.Although I am a bit apprehensive about taking off the original tyres, I would like to be able to preserve them..
