Hi, I measure both crown race IDs as 26.4mm. that's with a vernier measuring across the ID so maybe a little room for error. That would be ISO standard, french should be 26.5mm. so either they are both mixed headsets, ISO lower/french upper, or my measurements are a little out. Hope that helps!
