Nearly bought this when visiting in-laws in Nottm. Looks to have a lot of clearance for bigger tyres or guards.

Campy chainset looks odd with the exage groupset!

I think it is more a 501 equiv. ie rolled into a tube from a flat sheet and then welded.

Tange 900 appeared in 1984 then ceased production in the early 90's. It was second from the bottom of Tange's range. It is rolled and seamed, not as nice as 531 but still a double butted tubeset so will give a lively ride.
