Need help to ID this Specialized Stumpjumper year/model? Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

Agreed, I’ve done a little more digging, certainly 2000/2001.

Thanks for the help. The bike was raced by ex professional Trent Lowe when he was racing MTB as a Junior. Seems to be a few online that have been put up for sale with the wrong date. eg: https://www.ebay.com/itm/265184452678 or this one https://www.pinkbike.com/buysell/2033269/ which is very similar but has a different pattern on the top tube.
