Modern Road Parts Advice

I recently bought a "new" bike which had some new fangled road parts, which I have no experience of. I gave these carbon aero wings a try, but they are not for me, especially since I'll probably build the bike for a mixture of on/off road:

I have removed the microshift shifters, to sell seperately, but I assume the bar end mounts want removing to sell with the shifters. I've had an initial try, but the feel very tight. I assume they are a standard right hand thread, right? Does anyone have any tips for removing them? I don't want to risk damaging the bars, as I need to sell them.

I had a look and the allen bolts already show some signs of wear (bad photo).

they are a standard thread. they are an expanding plug, they seize while you are looking at them. :) lots and lots of Americas favorite libation (wd40 will do) and let it soak.

Well, one side came out, but the other side still would not.

What should I do? Sell it as it is and allow the buyer to decide what to do (it still also has the original aluminium arms too) or try to drill it out?

I shall check my shimano levers tonight and let you know if one is a backwards thread or not, it's possible that it is, although it seems unlikely.
don't drill it out. if it really won't come out, sell as is with the levers and state the fact.
