1990 or 1991 Bottom bracket - when did Royce start?

Im looking for a period correct 130ish BB and have a line on a royce but think they were later?

its for a cook bros rsr crank if anyone thinks i have the wrong length!

any suggestions?

I think Royce were around much earlier, from 1980, and of course were established enough to work with Boardman for the Olympics in 1992. Also local to me and Cliff is a great character.
