I bought TWO Bigfoot Smokestone bikes, and they arrived so well packed that I could have dropped them a quarter mile up from a helicopter into the path of a speeding train that would punt them into a gorilla cage inhabited by an extremely angry gorilla, and they would have STILL arrived as absolutely unscathed as they did; an utterly FANTASTIC job of packing.
Great comms, speedy delivery across the pond, and a great guy to deal with. I recommend him 100%
