Seat post collar for early 90's Kona Hei Hei

I was rummaging around in my toolbox today and I discovered that I have an original seat post collar for a Kona Hei Hei circa 1993.

The seat collar acted as a cable guide for the rear canti-brakes. I guess I had taken it off when I put V's on my Hei Hei and replaced it with a different collar.

Anyway for you retro die-hards that must have cantis on their Hei Hei but don't have a collar for your bike, well I have one that I don't need. Contact me and perhaps we can work something out..

Was the seat tube of the Hei Hei a 31.8? In which case, this would only fit another Hei Hei or an early aluminium frame.

If I remember correctly, my Hei Hei had a 27.2mm seat post, and the internal diameter of the seat collar is between 31.5 and 32mm according to my steel rule, so I would assume it is indeed a 31.8mm collar.
