please make sure this will fit your bike, the dropouts need to be flat. heres a picture for abit of referencing..

Hm, that gives me an idea...Is this for using Disc brakes on a non-disc frame then? If so I may need to take a look at a frame i have to see if it will work. Frame in your pic looks like it might already be for disc brakes
