I've been restoring this RockCombo over the last couple of months. Apart from a couple of little things, it's done, so here's the pics.
When I saw the bike for sale I had no idea what a RockCombo was, but after googling it, i thought it was an interesting proposition - one of the ancestors of the gravel bike, made for a single year and only 500 produced. This one had been converted to flat bar early in its life, but I felt it really needed putting back to drop bars.
The restoration was pretty straight forward - a stuck seat post, finding a set of original bars, levers and shifters, power coating by Bettablast and decals by Gil are the only things of note.
I'm really pleased with how it's turned out.
