in time for Canada's Day celebration tomorrow, i just got back from a 4 hour round trip to pick this up from a shiate shack in literally the M-F-N! this is "as is" as i was presented with it locked with a link chain and padlock in a junk yard style garage shed.
needs some TLC and parts swapped but all in all it's in fairly good shape, and with the majority of it's original components i think. pump up the tyres with air and adjusted the saddle height and it rode quite nice. the mag21 are holding air and seem to be functioning as should even!
only bummer was the cracked non-drive side RF arm.
was one of the highlights i saw on it, but i managed to get $100 knocked off the asking price. and luckily i have a replacement, albeit not as nice looking cosmetically.
need to good clean and strip down, particularily all three of the bike pump mounts on the darn thing.
i think i have most if not all of the replacement parts i want already in possession… RF IB cranks, RF ti EX stem, gold ano RF bar, Syncros ti seatpost, Flite kevlar saddle, and a pair of Shimano XT m737 SPD pedals.
